Sunshine and Valentines

Hi everybody! Happy Valentines Day 🙂 one of my favorite holidays!

It’s been a fabulous winter so far here in Hawaii. All my edible greens are growing and I have tiny Papaya starts growing too.

I’ll take pictures soon. I want to have a lot of Papaya trees so I can eat them all year round!

This Starfruit, Cucumber and Chili Pepper Salad below is one of my favorite salads ever!

All locally grown organic produce from small farms. It’s a delicious combination!

I love how the juicy Starfruit add bursts of refreshing sweetness to salads.

It’s a very versatile fruit! It’s really good juiced too. I’m always looking for Starfruit!

We’ve had a lot of sunny Beach weather and it’s always fun to explore all the different beaches.

It’s been a fantastic 2019 so far!
