  1. 4-6 Small to Medium Red or Purple Prickly Pears (make sure there are no thorns!)
  2. 12 - 16 oz your favorite Juice or Coconut Water
Instructions
  1. Cut the ends off the Prickly Pears
  2. Blend with liquid
  3. Add ice if you desire
  4. Strain out seeds
  5. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Prickly Pears make a thick, gel like (almost slimy) texture in a smoothie. Feel free to add a handful of berries if you like, or add more liquid if it's too thick.

  1. 1 pint fresh rinsed Blackberries
  2. 2-3 sweet Apricots, pitted
  3. 1 Kumquat (optional)
  4. 16 oz Coconut Water (or your favorite juice)
  5. ice if you prefer
  6. dash of sweetener if you like
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in blender
  2. Strain out blackberry seeds through strainer
  3. Add sweetener if too tart
  4. Enjoy!

  1. 1 Cup fresh Strawberry Fruits
  2. 2 Cups fresh or frozen Strawberries (organic best if possible)
  3. 1 Banana
  4. Apple Juice or Coconut Water to cover
Instructions
  1. Thaw frozen strawberries a little if desired. Add all ingredients to blender & cover with juice. Add ice if you'd like. Blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. Juice will make a sweeter smoothie than coconut water, so you may want to add a dab of honey if you want it sweeter. Raw fresh juice is best but use whatever is convenient and you like best!
