I absolutely LOVE Beets! Shredded, sliced, juiced, steamed. Yum!! And they’re SUPER good for you. Here I am picking fresh Organic Beets at the Farm. I juiced all the tops from these too. It was SO fun pulling them out of the ground. Like finding treasure!!
