1) Don't Stare At Your Own Butt
Think of your bottom like the sun, and don't gaze at it. (Unless you're thinking nice things!) It's not good to stare at it for too long. In fact, does anyone like to stare at their own butt? Even supermodels? It's highly doubtful. Give it a quick backward glace, send it some love and positive energy and thank it for all it does. Then leave it in peace back there and try not to fret or fuss about it. Visualize your bottom exactly how you want it to look and know that soon it will!

2) Feel Fuller on Fiber
Help curb the munchies by filling up on healthy snacks with lots of fiber and you'll eat less and feel satisfied longer. Some good high fiber foods are oats, quinoa, apples, apricots, berries, beans, nuts, and avocados! Yum :) Pass the guacamole!

3) Get A Ballerina Butt
Ballerinas do exhausting & mind numbing amounts of plies, squats and leg lifts. They have incredible figures! Especially their legs & bottoms. Do sets of 10 reps of backward legs lifts, try to space them out throughout the day. Try to hold your leg in the air at the highest point, tightening all your thigh & butt muscles as you hold your leg behind you. Whew! Ballerina Butt, here you come!

4) Wiggle More
Brushing your teeth? Hula or bellydance! Talking on the phone? Do squats! Think of it as multi tasking, and it's an easy way to burn extra calories without even trying. Well, without trying too much :)

5) Clean, Organize, and Run Around
Combine 2 things you don't like to do: cleaning & exercising! Whee! I know it sounds boring, but do you notice how cleaning can be a workout? Take out the trash, clean out your car, scrub the bathroom, re-organize your cupboards, weed the garden. You'll be working out AND getting your chores done at the same time!

Alright, this is hard. But pretend you are the Snack Police, and go through your kitchen, pantry, and car and get rid of all your sugary fattening junk food type snacks. Or give them away. Or just eat them all at once, right now, so they're gone. Ha!! Kidding. But the point is to get rid of them so they're not around. If they're not there, they won't tempt you and you can't eat them!

.8) Slimming Herbs
It's a wonderful feeling to be full, satisfied, and to have no cravings. We don't snack, nibble, munch or crunch when we're full, right? There are herbs like green tea and yerba mate that will give you energy and help suppress your appetite. You can drink tea or take tinctures and you'll feel the effects fast.

.9) Bring Your Bikini
Ok. This is hardcore.
Ready? Start bringing your dream bikini (the one you're dreaming of wearing and impressing everyone who sees you) around with you. To the kitchen. In your bag when you go to work. In your purse while driving in the car. When you feel the urge to indulge in the drive through or a sugary snack, take a peek at your bikini. Is this snack going to help you fit into it? No? 10) Feeling Good Feels Good
Remember that light wonderful feeling you had when you were little? Like you were so light and free and could run, jump, hop, dance endlessly with tons of energy?
You can start to feel that way again! Choosing healthier snacks, drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep, and trying to get some exercise and stretching or yoga in everyday will make you feel lighter and happier.
