Hello from Hawaii! It’s my 4th month here, and it seems like I’m busy all the time, either off on adventures, shipping Bikinis all over the World, preparing Raw Vegan Recipes or planting my new gardens full of Greens.

As you know, I’m VERY excited to be growing all kinds of Greens, especially Tropical Greens! And herbs, we’re growing all kinds of herbs. I donated my baby Fruit Trees, my beloved Mango, Lychee, Longon, and Soursop to a local eco village where they’ll be in good hands.

Raw Vegan Chocolate for Valentines Day 

And I’ve been making TONS of super delicious raw Vegan Chocolate for all my friends. Yum!! Experimenting with different flavors (like orange essence) and different sweeteners too.

Glorious Tropical Green Gardens

So far I’ve planted (all from cuttings!!) Brazilian Spinach, Okinawan Spinach, Moringa, Katuk, Edible Hibiscus (Pacific Spinach), Purslane, Ong Choi.

I’ve planted baby Dandelion and Chicory plants. Herbs we’re growing are a few types of Mint, Basil, Oregano, Thyme, We still need to do lots more including Rosemary, Dill, Fennel, Taragon, Savory.

My Yacon Roots have been planted and I’m eagerly awaiting their development 🙂
