Purple Prickly Pear Smoothie

- 4-6 Small to Medium Red or Purple Prickly Pears (make sure there are no thorns!)
- 12 - 16 oz your favorite Juice or Coconut Water
- Cut the ends off the Prickly Pears
- Blend with liquid
- Add ice if you desire
- Strain out seeds
- Serve and enjoy!
- Prickly Pears make a thick, gel like (almost slimy) texture in a smoothie. Feel free to add a handful of berries if you like, or add more liquid if it's too thick.
