Easy Pistachio Brownies

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 C raw Pistachios, shelled
  2. almost 1 C soft Dates, pitted
  3. 1/2 C Cacao Powder
  4. dash of Vanilla extract (optional)
  5. dash of Sea Salt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pit Dates and soft if they're not soft enough to blend up.
  2. Blend all ingredients in food processor
  3. Add more dates if you want them sweeter or more cacao if you want them more chocolatey
  4. Spread about 2/4 inch thick on dehydrator tray
  5. Dehydrate a few hours until dry enough to flip
  6. Flip and dry on the other side until they have a cake like consistancy

Ingredients
  1. 8 soft Medjool Dates, pitted
  2. 1/2 Cup raw Hempseeds
  3. 1/4 Cup raw Sesame Seeds
  4. 1 Cup raw Walnuts
  5. 2-3 TB Orange Zest
  6. 1 TB Honey
  7. 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  8. 1 Cup Dried Bananas, soaked
  9. Generous Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  10. Dash of Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Soak dried Bananas for about 20 min
  2. Pit Dates
  3. Blend all ingredients together in food processor
  4. Taste and adjust for flavor if necessary
  5. Roll batter into little balls
  6. Lightly coat cutting board in Lucuma Powder
  7. Roll balls in powder
  8. Store in fridge

Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup raw Walnuts, soaked 1/2 hr
  2. 1 Cup raw Cashews, soaked 1/2 hr
  3. 10 soft Medjool Dates (soaked 1/2 hr if too hard)
  4. 1 1/2 Cups naturally dried Bananas, soaked 1/2 hr
  5. 1/2 Cup Cacao Nibs (or Powder for smoother texture)
  6. Dash Sea Salt
  7. Generous Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Drain nuts & dried fruit
  2. Pit dates
  3. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth
  4. Taste and adjust for flavor if you'd like
  5. Scoop onto Dehydrator tray
  6. Spread evenly, about 3/4 in thick
  7. Dehydrate at 118F for a few hours until dry enough to flip
  8. Keep drying until moist & soft but fairly dry on outside
  9. Keep in fridge

  3. 8-10 sweet ripe Apricots, pitted
  4. 1 TB Honey or natural sweetener (optional)

  2. 1 Cup dried Coconut flakes, soaked
  3. 8 soft Medjool Dates
  4. 1/2 Cup natural oil free dried Bananas, soaked
  5. 2 Cups fresh sweet Pineapple
  6. 5 Kumquats
  7. Dash of Cinnamon
  8. Dash of Sea Salt
  9. 2 TB Honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pre soak Coconut chips or flakes & dried Bananas until soft enough to blend
  2. Blend everything together in food processor until smooth
  3. Spread on Dehydrator trays
  4. Dehydrate on 115F until dry enough to flip over
  5. Flip and keep drying until texture is like a soft, moist bread
  6. Dry less if you want cake, dry more if you want a bread
  7. Keep sealed in fridge

  1. You can frost this with a sweet creamy frosting and it will be a fabulous tropical tasting cake!

Black Sapotes can be a challenge to find, they are a semi tropical Fruit that grow well in warm climates.

They’re in the Persimmon family and you can find them in tropical and semi tropical parts of the world, including Mexico, Florida, Hawaii and Southern California.

  1. 6 Medium size Black Sapotes (scoop out of peel with spoon without seeds)
  2. 6 soft Medjool Dates
  3. 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  4. 1/2 Cacao Powder
  5. 2 TB Honey (optional)
  6. 1 Cup dried natural oil free Bananas (optional, see below)
  7. Dash Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. pre soak dried Bananas until soft enough to mix (or omit & add a few more dates instead)
  2. Blend together in food processor until smooth
  3. Taste to make sure batter is sweet enough
  4. If too thin, add a few more dates or a bit more coconut flour
  5. Spread on dehydrator sheets about 1 inch thick
  6. Dehydrate at 115F a few hours until solid enough to flip
  7. Flip over & Dry until they're the texture of brownies.
  8. You can slice into pieces if center isn't drying fast enough
