Ingredients
  1. 1/2 bunch Dandelion Greens
  2. Stems & Beet Tops from a few Beets
  3. 1 Jicama, peeled & sliced
  4. 2 Apples, cored & sliced
  5. 2 Medium/Large Cucumbers
  6. 1/2 Lemon
Instructions
  1. Rinse everything & cut Jicama & Apples.
  2. Peel Lemon if desired.
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Juice everything.
  5. Serve cold if you wish.
  6. Should keep 1 or 2 days in fridge.
Notes
  1. I usually juice a few bunches of Dandelion Greens & Beet Greens at a time but it makes very bitter Juice. So experiment and see if you prefer a more bitter juice. I also like to add 1/2 or more of sliced Ginger root, but it's also a strong flavor 🙂

Ingredients
  1. 4-6 Small to Medium Red or Purple Prickly Pears (make sure there are no thorns!)
  2. 12 - 16 oz your favorite Juice or Coconut Water
Instructions
  1. Cut the ends off the Prickly Pears
  2. Blend with liquid
  3. Add ice if you desire
  4. Strain out seeds
  5. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Prickly Pears make a thick, gel like (almost slimy) texture in a smoothie. Feel free to add a handful of berries if you like, or add more liquid if it's too thick.

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 C raw Pistachios, shelled
  2. almost 1 C soft Dates, pitted
  3. 1/2 C Cacao Powder
  4. dash of Vanilla extract (optional)
  5. dash of Sea Salt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pit Dates and soft if they're not soft enough to blend up.
  2. Blend all ingredients in food processor
  3. Add more dates if you want them sweeter or more cacao if you want them more chocolatey
  4. Spread about 2/4 inch thick on dehydrator tray
  5. Dehydrate a few hours until dry enough to flip
  6. Flip and dry on the other side until they have a cake like consistancy

Ingredients
  1. 8 soft Medjool Dates, pitted
  2. 1/2 Cup raw Hempseeds
  3. 1/4 Cup raw Sesame Seeds
  4. 1 Cup raw Walnuts
  5. 2-3 TB Orange Zest
  6. 1 TB Honey
  7. 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  8. 1 Cup Dried Bananas, soaked
  9. Generous Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  10. Dash of Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Soak dried Bananas for about 20 min
  2. Pit Dates
  3. Blend all ingredients together in food processor
  4. Taste and adjust for flavor if necessary
  5. Roll batter into little balls
  6. Lightly coat cutting board in Lucuma Powder
  7. Roll balls in powder
  8. Store in fridge

  1. 1 Cup raw Walnuts, soaked 1/2 hr
  2. 1 Cup raw Cashews, soaked 1/2 hr
  3. 10 soft Medjool Dates (soaked 1/2 hr if too hard)
  4. 1 1/2 Cups naturally dried Bananas, soaked 1/2 hr
  5. 1/2 Cup Cacao Nibs (or Powder for smoother texture)
  6. Dash Sea Salt
  7. Generous Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Drain nuts & dried fruit
  2. Pit dates
  3. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth
  4. Taste and adjust for flavor if you'd like
  5. Scoop onto Dehydrator tray
  6. Spread evenly, about 3/4 in thick
  7. Dehydrate at 118F for a few hours until dry enough to flip
  8. Keep drying until moist & soft but fairly dry on outside
  9. Keep in fridge

Ingredients
  1. 1 small 1 inch piece of Fresh Turmeric Root, shaved
  2. 1-2 TB Spicy Brown Mustard (or yellow, or about 1/2 TB of Mustard powder)
  3. 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
  4. 4 soft Medjool Dates, pitted
  5. 2 small handfuls Fresh Italian Parsley (mostly tops not stems)
  6. 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (without seeds)
  7. 1 Orange Bell Pepper (without seeds)
  8. 4-5 TB Olive Oil
  9. 5-6 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
  10. Juice from 2 Oranges
  11. Sea Salt
  12. extra sweetener if necessary
Instructions
  1. De-stem & cut up Bell Peppers, scraping off seeds
  2. Scrape off peel on Turmeric root
  3. Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor until smooth
  4. Taste and adjust for salt & sweetness
